Storage

Keep the cake refrigerated at 0 - 4°C immediately upon receiving and until you're ready to serve. Do not freeze.

Serve Chilled: The best serving temperature is between 10°C - 12°C. Take the cake out from the fridge shortly before serving.

Best Consumption Period: Best consumed within 2 days. However, it can last up to 4 days in the chiller.

Perfect Cut Tip: We highly recommend using a stainless steel knife for the best cut.

1. WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE I RECEiVE A WHOLE CAKE?
ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE CAKE, CHILLED CAKES NEED TO BE CHILLED RIGHT AWAY. COUNTER CAKES CAN BE KEPT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

2. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR COUNTER CAKE?
AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, OUR COUNTER CAKES HAVE A SHELF LIFE OF 1 - 2 DAYS AND WHEN CHILLED, 2 - 3 DAYS.

3. HOW DO I STORE A WHOLE CAKE OVERNIGHT?
FOR CHILLED CAKES, PLACE IT IN THE CHILLER. FOR COUNTER CAKES, PLACE A COVER OVER THE CAKE AND LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. IF IT’S BEEN OUT FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS. WE RECOMMEND KEEPING IT COVERED IN THE FRIDGE.

4. CAN I SERVE THE CAKES IMMEDIATELY AFTER REMOVING IT FROM THE CHILLER?
OUR CHILLED CAKES CAN BE SERVED IMMEDIATELY BUT OUR COUNTER CAKES, IF REFRIGERATED, HAVE TO BE THAWED BEFORE CONSUMPTION.

5. HOW MANY SLiCES CAN I GET OUT OF A WHOLE CAKE?
BETWEEN 10 - 12 SLICES.

6. HOW DO I CUT THE WHOLE CAKE INTO INDIViDUAL SLICES?
USE A SHARP KNIFE AND DIP IT INTO HOT WATER BEFORE SLICING THE CAKE.
